      Pros

      HiringThing has a truly supportive team across departments. Employees are encouraged to think creatively and share their ideas with managers. Being a fully remote company allows for a great work-life balance. People make an effort to get to know you and there is no micromanaging.

      Cons

      Truly, I can't think of any real cons. Remote work may not be for everyone.
