As much as I enjoy the work and as proud as I am about my results and recognition, I would like to have more opportunities for management. I understand that's not always possible as our team isn't rapidly expanding and that management comes with time and more employees.
I also wish I were able to be a part of the July 4th summer break cohort instead of the May cohort this past year. But, I guess I didn't have as high priorities as some of the other employees; the bosses did agree to it for next summer though, which is nice!
