Great coworkers, exposure to new projects/tech. Good job to gather experience but you most likely will need to leave to gain suitable pay and benefits. Go in with the right attitude and work ethic, network with the people there who are worth networking with.

Cons

Pay, benefits, upper management can make some bad decisions. Most workers are salary but it works more like an hourly situation. This has improved recently (no more clock in/clock out and making sure you have at least 40 hours) but it is a situation that benefits the company and not the worker. Leadership often seems blind to working relationships between teams and leaders, make sure employees feel heard and understood.
