      Pros

      Strong leadership team who are great at clear, transparent communication to the entire company. Open about our weaknesses and where we want to grow, not just about our successes. The people are super friendly and fun to work with, and the company really cares about employee experience. Massages at the office are a great perk. Good diversity across the company as well as in leadership (3 women out of 7 executive positions, multiple nationalities).

      Cons

      Tough market with increasing competition so the future success depends on sales and new products. Swedish pension could be better.

      • Some legacy code still exists which can slow down progress or require extra time to refactor. • Onboarding documentation could be more comprehensive in some areas, especially for complex systems. • Internal processes may feel a bit siloed at times more cross team syncs could help.
