Exceptional Culture: Unlike many other warehouse jobs, the environment here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. You don’t feel like just a number. Positive Atmosphere: The people are great to work with, which makes the shifts go by much faster. Management: They create a supportive space that makes you actually want to show up and do your best.

Cons

Seasonal Limits: The only downside was that my contract was seasonal. I truly wish there had been an opportunity to stay on permanently.
