      The company provides good opportunities to work on meaningful projects, develop technical and professional skills, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Communication is clear, expectations are well defined, and there’s a strong focus on quality and accountability.

      Cons

      There are no cons as the teams helps you alot to develop your skills and the enivornment is also very colaborative.

      Great starting point for a media-based career

      Pros

      You get to work with a great group of people who come from different backgrounds and interests in various parts of the media and get to work and review with them to improve your own skills. The job leaves you a lot of room for creativity while learning to meet deadlines and gain advice from those with experience.

      Cons

      With context of the pandemic, communication is ever more key than before. Prepare to work on your own schedule but submit your work for review a few days in advance.
