Flexibel, international and fun place to work

Pros

trust based working hours with possibility of doing workation but also a great office in Berlin if you want to work from there. Transparent communication on company performance, salary bands etc. and a great team of international and travel addicted pirates

Cons

There is only one office in Berlin, all other countries is fully remote. Salaries are average
