Pros

Good company that has a relaxed work environment. You're empowered to work independently although help is always available when needed. If you work hard you're rewarded for your performance. Company worked through past "growing pains" and came out a lot stronger.

Cons

It is a smaller company so you typically have to wear a few hats, requiring you to jump out of your comfort zone but at the same time gives you opportunity to grow.
