Free coffee and tea, company provides lunches a couple times a month, results given on a monthly basis, open door policy, great benefits, holiday parties, happy hours a few times a year, on-the-job training, nice co-workers, company seems to care about employees.

Cons

Most of the cons are cons you will find at any workplace. Best place I've worked.
