The best part for me is working alongside people who care about doing quality work. Technicians take pride in their work. The environment is professional, without any drama to throw things off balance. I also like that good performance doesn't go unnoticed.

Supportive management and effective teamwork. A really good fit for me because I enjoy face-to-face sales, independence, and interacting with different customers – no sitting behind a desk all day doing boring stuff. Competitive salary. Can be an excellent choice if you’re motivated and good with people.

Pressure to hit quotas and generate leads (as in any sales job, I guess)
