I was a temp employee and was offered a full time position. So glad I accepted the offer. Lots of new workers as well as lots of workers who have been here a really long time. The management keeps striving to improve the work process, which is great. The phrase "It's just the way we have always done it" is rarely heard because the management seems to be making every process smoother and faster for the employees and the patients. The CEO always shares notes of thanks from patients and their families with the entire company, so the good-deed do-er gets recognized. How often do you see that?!?!?
Cons
Healthcare is a tough business these days, and changes from insurance companies happen on seemingly an hourly basis.
Management is always ready to listen and try to help. If you have a problem you can go to them. Doors are always OPEN. Benefit package is good. 401K and Aflec is available for those who want it.
Cons
There is no help financially with furthering your education.
