Pros

We are a mission driven business that promotes a positive culture of inclusivity, collaboration and transparency. It is an environment that welcomes fresh ideas and perspectives and where I am able to make meaningful change and my contributions are valued. I have been able to develop my skills in areas where I did not previously have experience.

Cons

Changing priorities (not really a con, just sometimes difficult to quickly pivot and adopt new processes and goals)

Pros

I’ve had the chance to grow beyond traditional management building teams, piloting initiatives, and driving innovations that support both employees and members. What I value most is the collaboration across teams. Leadership listens, partners with us, and empowers new ideas, creating a strong sense of shared mission to support caregivers and members.

Cons

As with any scaling organization, resources can feel stretched at times, which creates opportunities to be resourceful and find creative solutions while balancing strategy with daily execution

*Open communication at all levels of the organization *Strong support from direct supervisors who are invested in employee success *Highly collaborative team environment that values input and innovation *Mission-driven company with a clear focus on improving the lives of family caregivers

Cons

*As a post–start-up healthcare tech company, the pace is very fast and priorities can shift quickly to adapt to the industry landscape *With this comes some uncertainty, but it’s not unusual for companies in this stage of growth
