Pros
Honestly I have been working here part time due to attending a course during my week for a few months. Over the time I have worked here, I have gotten nothing but supportive and kind vibes towards other employees and visitors to the library. I also appreciate the diverse and accepting attitude in the employment and service.
Cons
I can't really think of any actual unique cons to this position.

Pros
Great coworkers and staff with lots of energy and enthusiasm; supportive management; opportunities to showcase and expand your talents; encouraged to think outside the box; good salary scale with benefits. Last, but not least, satsfaction of connecting books and information with the public.
Cons
Working with the public can be stressful; part-time jobs rarely turn into full-time jobs, as the full-timers don't leave; some days can be very busy and chaotic.
