Pros
Honest Digital is a great place to work. The team is small (about 70 employees) but everyone is so friendly. It's a start-up culture. They are a remote company with a lot of streamlined processes. It sort of reminds me of an assembly line but in a digital space. There is no micromanagement--you pretty much are given tasks and you get them done. The pay schedule is the 10th and 25th. The pay itself is okay and they do offer benefits!
Cons
You don't really write code. You work with different Content Management Systems, so you won't be using something like VS Code. The tasks are repetitive so a lot of templates and pre-written code are used to streamline the process. Would love to see more diversity but it's not that the company doesn't practice inclusion and such--I think it's more of what comes with the territory kind of thing.

- Great work-life balance. - Some of the best people to work with, love my team! - Leadership is open to feedback and eager to improve. - Employees taking initiative to improve is definitely rewarded. - Clear communication channels and lots of interaction (lots of Slack, some Zoom meetings). Company is 100% remote but I still feel connected and part of my team via our communication channels.
Cons
- Web Dev tasks can get a bit repetitive after you've learned how each CMS works, but we are working on creating channels for growth to improve this and create opportunities to continue to develop skills so nobody feels like they're stagnating. - Inter-team communication could use some work. We're getting there!
