- Working in a group of people motivated and capable of building up a start-up company from scratch - Workload consists of diverse tasks that engage you mentally, no boring repetitive work days - The company the working environment as comfortable as possible, the atmosphere is very friendly - High growth potential
Cons
- Feels a bit challenging at first to acclimatize to the pace, after a few days it starts to feel natural - Medium and long term strategy plan is not communicated clearly enough - As a start-up the workload is slightly heavier than in a corporate job. However, still very comfortable.
