      Startup mentality, motivated team members, flexible work hours, be your own boss and get rewarded for your hard work.

      Pros

      I learned a lot of valuable skills with Hooked and they equipped me with the support and tools I need to be successful in my position. Really awesome team that cares about the people working for them. Awesome story into how they started as well!

      Cons

      Fast paced environment and always changing / adapting to the market. Typically for a fast growing startup. Personally I liked this type of work place but could be challenging for someone that prefers more predictability and set regiment.
