This organization really cares about their staff and clients. You will come across many incredible people working here. People work at Hopelink because they love and care about what they do.

Cons

They care about your growth and development but there's not always a lot of opportunity to move into promotional positions. As a manager at this company there are limited realistic opportunities for movement within the organization.

Well meaning Doing good work for community Professional

Cons

Admin does not value frontline staff or their supervisors. They think they do and I am sure they want to but they consistently do not look for the perspective of people actually doing the work. This leads to poor communication and worse decisions.
