      A friendly and team-oriented environment. Employees work hard, are treated well, and support one another.

      Pros

      Friendly culture! Business is very stable, which enables everyone to treat each other well. Leaders are sensitive to work/life balance.

      Cons

      Not much to say here. There isn't as much of a promotion culture as there is at other companies, if you are looking for that. At the same time, management is really thoughtful about providing value to employee in whatever way works best for the situation.
