      Pros

      CEO who understands that team building is important. The people are all very experienced in their area and are very capable. They are all very easy to work with. Treated like and adult.

      Cons

      Inflexibility with working hours and changing needs. Management a little too enthusiastic about KPIs.

      Pros

      The culture is wonderful and I feel like I am heard as feedback is actioned on. People are warm and welcoming. CEO is inspiring and visionary. He is very connected to people at the company. Flexible work is great.

      Cons

      No real cons. The workload can be a bit much at times, but it is all worthwhile work.

      Lots of red tape due to working with government, progression can be challenging as managers have been there for quite a while.
