Hospicom (Med/Ed Agency) has been a great place to work. I have been here for 10+ years and have seen consistent growth over the years spanning multiple therapeutic areas. Long term client retention is very high. The culture is very open and collaborative, without ego's, and in an idyllic setting. Our clients value our expertise and we have excellent "partnership" relationships for the most part. My colleagues are extremely talented, supportive, hard working, and actually a lot of fun to be with both professionally and socially. We are in the midst of our annual NCAA March Madness Company wide tournament. Management is solid and the company well diversified. I appreciate the open door policy and believe that all decisions are made transparently and in a collaborative manner.

Pros
Excellent strategic & creative medical education company with great clients. The corporate culture is very collaborative in an open and friendly environment. The company location, Cold Spring, New York is idyllic - close to NYC (50 miles), located 2 minutes from Metro North train station, and on the shore of the Hudson River
Cons
Lacking a tremendous variety of luncheon locations within the town of Cold Spring. Although, bumped into Bill and Hillary Clinton last year when Bill took Hill out to lunch for Valentines Day at the Depot Restaurant a short walk from the office.
