      Pros

      The list of pros is extensive! The people at Hospitable pride themselves on open and transparent communication, especially the CEO and management. The culture is very friendly and supportive. The work is fast-paced and rewarding. The company is growing and provides room to grow personally also. Working fully remote is awesome.

      Cons

      Minimal cons. Only the typical challenges that come with working in a remote and globally distributed startup. The team does a great job at managing these with open and constant communication.
