      Pros

      Rockstar talent without the ego. A real sense of mission - to build great products and build a great company - that is shared by all. A supportive, open work environment. Nice benefits and thoughtful admins. It's a fun place to work.

      Cons

      All good things come to an end. The company has been consigned to the elysian fields of corporate entities.

      Pros

      You get to work with smart, talented people on interesting, innovative products. There's a culture of mutual support and work/life balance. Learning and professional development are actively encouraged. They're small enough to be able to seek out great clients. People move from here to other amazing places.

      Cons

      With demand for their services exploding, they're going through growing pains and resourcing for projects can be a challenge. There are also some operational inefficiencies that are just starting to be addressed.

      Like building whole projects in webkit? Wanna work on devices before they're released? Hot Studio gets work with new technology and new platforms because clients trust them to think through customer experience. A growing company with a work / life balance that's hard to match.

      Cons

      A growing company always shows cracks and Hot Studio is growing! So sometimes projects run with slippage and some deliverables are rough, you can make it better!
