Pros
Working here has been a blessing for me, the company’s leadership are great people, they treated me like family from the first day I met them. There are clear paths towards new career goals, the company actually encourages us to improve our skills, that is not found everywhere. Plenty of PTOs available. I could go on and on, but honestly, I feel like this company is my home, they have my back and I have theirs.
Cons
This is not an actual con, but it is something to know. The workload is fair , but sometimes can get overwhelming if time management is a skill you lack. The company and all the coworkers are more than willing to help offload the work, but this is something to keep in mind.

Close team of folks doing important, mission-critical work. Lots of opportunities for new experiences and a mix of break/fix and proactive work. Great networking opportunity for folks interested in government work.
Cons
Long Hours (Sometimes.) Some work can get repetitive.
