Favoritism, racism and classism exist in Houston hospitality bars that is run by two brothers who exhibit these traits. They do not invest in the bar for upkeep or cleaning or maintenance when things break

not many to note, money is occasionally good but in a downturn

Rampant and constant normalized sexual harassment from all levels of management, unsafe working conditions, inconsistent pay and shifts, treated as less than human, incompetent and inexperienced management with high turnover, owners wont invest in existing bars basic needs, all employees forced to tolerate bullying to keep job, inadequate security protocols, unhygienic and hazardous cleaning and maintenance practices
