Management interacts with all people, not just higher ups. Great overall management and sociable staff. Unique projects with tons of work. Relaxed but hard working atmosphere.
Cons
Need to have flexibility as next project might be in a different city. Joint ventures make some things difficult as there are two company managements.
Willing to teach on every machine possible
Decent pay
Good work environment
Prioritize safety more then any company I’ve ever worked for
Consistent with work
Cons
Pay will go up high the first year but every year after that it’ll be pennies
You have to make sure you ask for what you want to get paid for cause they will low ball
