      Pros

      full-time work from home is great

      Cons

      People at this company do not work! Lots of really smart people who have figured out how to hold a job while doing 0 work. The company never listens to its users, there is so much potential for this to be the best baby tracker but they never update what needs to be updated. They always want to build something new (that no one is asking for) The CEO sits on her high horse and makes ALL the wrong decisions. She refuses to listen to her employees and so therefore her employees just bow down to her so they can keep their job which they do no work. The pay is SO LOW. I left and got a new job paying literally 80k more. They have NO benefits.

      Pros

      - It's amazing to work at a company that does so much good for people - Seeing the app store feedback coming in and people calling what we make "life-changing" gives you an enormous sense of satisfaction - The culture is super collaborative and supportive. Personally, the people I work with are the easiest people I've ever had to work with in my career, they listen to, encourage and support your ideas - Fully remote and great flexibility

      Cons

      - It's a start-up environment that allows you to take on a ton of responsibility and work on cool stuff but if you are someone who likes a very structured and bureaucratic organization where everything is already built out then this wouldn't be the right place for you.

      Pros

      Mission-driven company genuinely trying to support families with better tools and resources for parenting. Strong product-market fit, especially in early stages, parents resonate with the brand. Talented, kind colleagues across marketing, content, and engineering. A majority of the people were really genuine. Flexible work culture with a remote setup.

      Cons

      Leadership vision and decision-making were often unclear or reactive, which made long-term planning difficult. Lack of transparency and inconsistent communication from the top down. Limited career development opportunities; roles and paths were often undefined. You picked up what others didn't do. Heavy reliance on a small number of team members who are incredibly good at their job - others who didn't do their jobs were just along for the ride.
