      Pros

      HDC is a great place to work. The productivity requirements are much lower than other area providers. There is a fair amount of paperwork, but that come with the terrority of human services.

      Strong commitment from all employees in caring for out patients. I love the diversity of our programs and the fact we offer hope to ALL in our community.

      Pros

      HDC has a focused mission of providing the best services to their clients. As an employee, I am proud to be a part of the drive to better the lives of individuals within my community through supportive, comprehensive mental health services.

      Cons

      NonProfit funding can be hard to find, but HDC does a great job searching out the support it needs.
