      - Great atmosphere (positive culture and right values) - Open and friendly people - Smart and engaged managers who actually care - Opportunities to grow and prove yourself - Good work-life balance - Beautiful office - Trust in employees, their opinion and decisions - Outside-work activities - Hybrid mode of working (in office + remote)

      Cons

      Very hard to find. Humblebee is a great company! The only downside I see is related to certain client companies and their way of engaging in projects.
