HyTrust Management is extremely supportive of your individual initiative, open to new ideas, and fully engaged with their customers. Culture is truly collaborative; check your ego at the door. Great place for the "A-list Employee" who doesn't need a lot of direct management guidance. Overall compensation & perks package is on-par with most software organizations including generous 401(k) matching & variety of health insurance options. Excellent employee diversity.

Pros

The environment is positive and one that facilities collaboration, growth, and excitement. Really like the flexibility of roles, allows for ample opportunity to gain experience quickly.

Cons

The on boarding process can be improved. New hires, especially those straight out of school, would benefit from having a mentor-mentee type of program.
