Pros
The culture at Hyperikon is incredible and it starts from the the management team. Every month there are company activities that bring everyone together. This makes it feel like you are working with friends. The work environment is awesome. The company is growing fast, new ideas are frequently presented which can change the work process at times. This allows for more creativity and makes work more fun and dynamic. Additional pros: - Breakfast and lunch is provided - Office Yoga - Ergonomic desks - Foosball table - Dog friendly
Cons
I can't honestly think of any, perhaps the location could be better. But it doesn't really matter when you're inside the building.

Family owned, small business, incredible culture, best of the best, experience with the Amazon marketplace, international business opportunity, supportive staff!
Cons
N/a the management team makes a strong attempt to keep the company and the employees happy. No complaints here! I’m very pleased.
