      Pros

      My hard work is valued and appreciated by peers and management The CEO is open minded, down to earth and encourages open and honest communication Collaboration is highly valued, individuals are not fighting to climb the corporate ladder but rather working to grow the company as a team.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a place to coast I-Cubed is not for you. Otherwise it's an amazing place to work

      Pros

      The work atmosphere is fairly relaxed, you'll see the CEO walk by in jeans and a T-Shirt. Upper-management used to be very transparent about what was going on with the company. For an entry level position, the pay is decent.

      Cons

      I-Cubed provides very limited upward growth potential Large portion of income derives from Variable Compensation which can be stressful at times. I-Cubed was acquired by KPIT and is no longer transparent: during the acquisition even, the local media was given more information than the actual employees.
