CEO is very leadership oriented; positive, caring atmosphere, work is important and satisfying; promoting from within in a focus

Cons

Salaries are varied and decentralized across teams, even when position titles are the same; no clear promotional structure, HR department is a mess (my opinion); As a Project Coordinator, we are often over-educated and under-appreciated for their level of compensation
