IAM RoadSmart is a fantastic company to work for, they look after their employees and value the staff. The offices are spacious and modern, mostly can work hybrid 3 days a week too. The management are all very supportive and approachable. I have worked here for 7+ years and it is by far the best company I have worked for. Well done to the IAM family :-)

I really enjoy working here as I feel supported by the Senior Leadership Team and the wider staff members. There is fantastic opportunity for growth and development and lots of new challenges that keep my work exciting.

Cons

At times a few staff members do not pull their weight in terms of work output, although I understand this is being addressed.
