      Pros

      A very friendly, supportive, and collaborative work environment. Company provides excellent technical exposure that is difficult to find elsewhere. Employees get opportunities to work on multiple projects and technologies, which helps accelerate learning and professional growth. Open door policy encourages transparent communication and the management team is always approachable and just a message away whenever support is needed.

      IAMOPS is an amazing place for career growth. The opportunities to learn are endless, and the environment is full of supportive, highly skilled people. The culture is very positive, collaborative, and growth-driven. Every day you get to work with some of the smartest minds, which pushes you to become better both technically and professionally.

      Honestly, there aren’t real cons with the company. If you are unable to perform well, that is on you — not on the company. IAMOPS provides all the tools, mentorship, and environment for success.
