the managers were so enthusiastic and motivated you to do your best. There is a lot of free training daily. Very helpful and useful. So many smart and talented people work there. Always willing to help you. highly recommended
Cons
it starts off as a commission only position. The company helps small businesses grow. sometimes a little difficult to get a sale.

Pros
Everyday is different. IBank went through some majors changes. Great opportunity to grow and develop; especially in leadership and sales. Simple philosophy in sales & life if you want to make more money or have more success put more work and effort into it.
Cons
Gets chilly in certain rooms. AC is turned up a little too much
