Pros
Relaxed and friendly work place, feels like family. Hours and environment are great. It is as you don't feel you work at all.
Cons
Company's best target is the money which puts you are after the money :) It's a friend brings friend company so if you're an outsider you might feel out. Also HR set the prizes but also enjoys them.

Competitive compensation. Good international experience in product development and business development. Less on the particular technology or future
Cons
Bought by a Russian company that didn't want to keep the Israelian development team. There was not much the management could impact the future markets or products
