Pros
Great team environment, always feel valued and heard. Management care about their staff and always encourage open discussions and ideas. Owners always look at themselves to see what they could have done better.
Cons
Work can get overwhelming at times however that is the nature of any job. The Pro to this - I feel supported.

- Small company, you'll know everyone and feel a part of a team - Senior management are engaged with staff at all levels and actively seek feedback - Great opportunities to learn and grow - People and culture focused - Work life balance is encouraged by direct managers - Working in unified communications and hybrid working solutions makes for a flexible workplace. Work from home, office, on site, all of the above in the same day if that works for you - Open to change and innovation
Cons
- Small team means that staff wear many hats, no dedicated HR or internal IT staff can make getting help a bit hard at times, everyone tends to pitch in on everything so you may need to ask around a bit - Joining a small company with staff that have been working together for decades can be intimidating regardless of how welcoming they are
