If you're looking to work at IEDC, you will work with some of the smartest, most creative, and industrious people in DC. There is a lot of camaraderie within staff, and that can be rare to find in most workplaces. The projects and tasks of whatever position you're in are challenging but also rewarding. When traveling for conferences, you are given an opportunity to expand your knowledge of not just the field of EcDev, but also learn how every department in the org works. My time at IEDC was demanding but also incredibly fulfilling and you won't find another place like it.
