Pros
- The organisation understands the needs of employees. - No stupid micro-managing like other organizations do by installing monitoring software - If you're good at what you do, they will always understand you. It goes both ways! :) - Creative work and freedom to express your ideas and thoughts
Cons
- If you can't work at your best in a fast-paced environment, are not creative, do not take the initiative, and just want a monotonous routine and systematic work like other companies, don't join. - So many underperformers either blame this company or just run away, because they are not talented enough for this company.
