IKAR works hard to support its employees in all the ways. It's a highly collaborative organization that cares deeply about its employees and the work we do in the world serving others. The work environment is fun, thoughtful, and supportive.

IKAR is not just any workplace, it is a mission-driven organization that instill in its employees the love for one another, the community, and social justice. IKAR invests in its employees. It has some of the more generous benefit package out of many non-profits I've worked for and a great team spirit! People really step up for each other and are always happy to help. The leadership is supportive and invests time and money in professional development and work-life balance.
Cons
The people who work at IKAR are dedicated and committed to its mission and values and are hard working people! The pace is fast and the environment is creative and requires employees that are driven by success and have a can-do attitude!
