      You get to meet a lot of people and if you're a great sales persons you will make good money.

      The management team is not at is best all the time. There is a lot of competitiveness.

      -Upward mobility -Small staff so it feels like a family -Great competitive pay

      -A lot of shrinkage and the limited amount of associates on the floor make it hard to catch thieves while helping bustling customers
