3yThank you for your review and recognition of some of IMMI's strengths. We couldn't agree more! We also appreciate your constructive feedback on hiring and training. These are two things that all departments continue to focus us. We are a small but mighty crew, working toward a common goal to make products that save lives. We also recognize some of our shortfalls in training. Knowing that training takes many forms, we sincerely would love to have some additional feedback from you. In person or anonymously, I hope you can provide additional information and detail into the type of training we are missing. For instance, instituting our Inspire Training is the latest tool in our belt. Please let us know what type of training we can provide that will make a difference to you and your peers!
