      The work environment is amazing, and you meet some amazing people through the program. We have tones of events/team nights where we associate and network. It is a very demanding position but with hard work and dedication you can grow and be your best self.

      Cons

      Very demanding, lots of hours and hard work and dedication. If you don't see yourself being a leader and running a team not the job for you. Lots of leadership roles.

      I’m huge about growth and I’m tired of working at jobs where there is a cap on growth. This job has given me unlimited growth and honestly gave me a better perspective on self development!
