Values and company policy is more clear than most companies Flexible work schedule within the hours from 6:30am to 6pm- you can get personal appointments worked into your day shift if you have a regular weekly medical appt, dentist, kid pickup etc, depending on what your client caseload allows. Good for family life. Nice people, all around! Fair compensation for driving Christmas bonuses

Cons

Wear and tear on vehicle.. that is just part of an individual client based job! Lots of papers to hold onto in your possession or vehicle. I think they are currently working to be a paperless system, just a long process to finally be all online.
