      Pros

      The Finance team was well managed and a diligent group. Everyone worked hard and supported one another.

      Cons

      Hours could be long at times, but that goes with a Finance/Accounting job.

      Great benefits, opportunities to learn, career advancement, employees are recognized for good work on a regular basis.

      Cons

      Reston is not the greatest place to work. It's expensive to live nearby and the town lacks character. The company has also lost it's character since becoming part of Deltek's software empire.
