A young, international and fast growing environment. Talent, hard work and meeting goals are always rewarded. The best part of working at INTK is certainly the mission: revolutionise the cultural sector and prepare it for the 21st century. Influence cultural participation and make culture as popular as sports. You have the chance to work closely with leading cultural organisations in Europe: museums, theaters, cinemas, festivals, archives, libraries. You will develop a great set of skills: business development, online marketing, data analysis, client management, recruiting, entrepreneurship, problem solving. Also, you can expand your network in the cultural sector, which is a plus. Great system of buddies and mentorship to organise the on-boarding of new employees and their development throughout their career. The management is always open for constructive discussions and dialogues to find the best solutions to issues (personal or professional).
Cons
The company is organised more like a start up, horizontal and without hierarchies. This might be seen as a positive aspect, depending on the preferences. Sometimes is lacking of structure and decisions tend to be centralised. Flexibility could be improved, so as personal care. Employees are valued, but can be done more on their happiness status. Managing tasks, responsibilities and meeting goals require extra energy, which might lead to a feeling of stress or be overwhelming. Salary might be a little higher for people with more experience.

INTK gives you the opportunity to develop yourself on multiple levels. You will gain experience with acquisition, online marketing, account management and become a specialist in ClientCare. The best part of the job is the fact that you are able to contact cultural organisations, work together with them and travel to different places to meet with them. You get the freedom to create your own planning and be responsible. This gives you the opportunity to develop yourself quickly
Cons
Because you're responsible for your own workload, you can sometimes feel overwhelmed. Furthermore, it is a start-up company, so many aspects of the job are still evolving. This creates unique opportunities, but has also created some difficulties in the past.
