      Great work-life balance with supportive leadership, but slow growth

      Pros

      The company has a great work-life balance, leadership is very solid, and great team members all around. Very caring group of people who really want you to succeed. Very stable job. You will get a lot of exposure to many different things and will be able to make an impact.

      Cons

      There seems to be a lot of SOP’s being fleshed out every other day, that some of them overlap with each other and causes more confusion than it solves. Slow growth, which can be good or bad depending on your perspective.
