      Supportive and collegiate working environment, Not all about KPIs and being micromanaged.

      Very professional, great attitude to training and personal development, plenty of opportunities to succeed, give you the time needed to establish a career in a generally challenging role, employee focused and very fair, compared to some piers in the industry the pay & commission is good.

      Very few if none at all.
