      I have worked at IQware for more than 10 years now and have never looked back. I started as an installations specialist and climbed the corporate ladder all the way up to a senior management position in Asia-Pacific. IQware took a chance on me when I was just starting my career and offered me a golden opportunity when no other employer would. I traveled all over the world for IQware and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.       Our industry is challenging. Any individual wishing to start a career in Software Development and Hospitality must be hard-working and highly motivated. I wouldn't say this is a con, it certainly never slowed me down, but it's not for everyone.
