Pros

Really really good benefits that save you a lot of money; good base pay as well Owned by a larger company but still has an independent small-company feel Co-workers have good personalities and overall very good morale and engagement. Great team feeling. Enjoy working with others here. Being part of a larger company, if you ever wanted to switch jobs you would have opportunity to do so within the larger company.

Cons

Only downside (at Iron at least) of being owned by a huge company is the occasional silly training videos. Otherwise they don't bother Iron too much. Change happens, but some of it happens very slowly. Some technology pretty old (although not all) If you're in development/QA, you have releases on Saturday nights once per 6 weeks Work-from-home flexibility is there to a certain extent. But if you're looking for somewhere to work from home all the time to, this isn't it.

Pros

A management change in late 2016 has revolutionized the culture. There is now focus on serving the customer and continuous improvement in the products. It's clear that customers sense the difference and are all in. A fun place to be... Benefits are good

Cons

the focus on improvement and growth can make for quick shifts that can be disconcerting if you don't like that sort of thing
